We offer no refunds on courses or online training.
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our manufactures.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days (UK) & 10 working days (International).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will then provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.
If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If returning from OUTSIDE the EU please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
iLash Shan do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Discount codes are provided exclusively by iLash Shan Ltd. Two separate discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. It is one discount/offer per order. iLash Shan reserves the right to remove any promotion at any given time.
