1. Return Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at ilashshan@hotmail.com If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we will not accept any items sent back to us without prior authorization.

3. Damages and Issues:

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. This includes all digital products, such as ebooks, social media templates, and online courses. These items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

5. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
