Cancellation Policy for iLash Shan (In-person Training Courses):

1. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your in-person training course, you must notify iLash Shan at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date. Any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the training date may be subject to an additional £100 fee, which must be paid upon booking a new date.

2. Cancellation: Last-minute cancellations and no-shows for in-person training courses are non-refundable. iLash Shan invests time, resources, and preparation into each training session, and cancellations without sufficient notice can result in significant losses.

3. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, iLash Shan may consider waiving the rescheduling fee or offering a credit towards a future training course. However, this is subject to the discretion of iLash Shan and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Communication: All rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made directly to iLash Shan via email or phone. Failure to communicate changes in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of any rescheduling options or refunds.

5. Transferability: If you are unable to attend the training course, you may transfer your spot to another individual with prior approval from iLash Shan. The new participant must meet any prerequisites or requirements for the course.

By booking an in-person training course with iLash Shan, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. iLash Shan reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
