iLash Shan currently offers shipping services within the United Kingdom and internationally.


2. Order Processing Time

Upon receiving your order, iLash Shan will make every effort to process and ship it within 0-3 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods, and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Please also bear in mind iLash Shan is a 1 man band business and runs strictly solo so ILS ensures she strives to cater to every customers with 110% care and effort.


3. Shipping Methods and Costs

iLash Shan offers various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. The available shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. 


4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination address. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect the actual delivery date. iLash Shan shall not be held liable for any delays beyond our control.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, if you have opted for signed tracking, iLash Shan will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for iLash Shan to do this. 


6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at ilashshan@hotmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please note that once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

iLash Shan takes great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Customs and Duties

For orders shipped within the UK, no additional customs duties or taxes will be applicable. However, if you are placing an order from outside the UK, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. iLash Shan is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.
